AxiomRPG Vehicle Rules: Vehicles are driven using Speed + Pilot rolls. Vehicle stats include Speed Rating (adds to Pilot pool), Armor, and any special functions. Passengers are protected by vehicle Armor while inside. A vehicle reduced to 0 structural Health is disabled; occupants take 1D6 damage per 10 km/h of speed, minimum 1D6 on any disabled vehicle crash.

Vehicle structural Health is tracked separately from character Health. Vehicle damage is handled narratively for minor damage and structurally for significant damage.

Standard Ground Vehicle | Restricted (℃25,000)

The baseline modern transport. Varies in body style (sedan, SUV, utility van). No special modifications; NTC-registered and Hearth-Net trackable.

SPEED RATING: +2D to Pilot | ARMOR: 1 | STRUCTURAL HEALTH: 30

NOTES: NTC-network registration pings location every 10 minutes. Can be suppressed with a Technical roll Threshold 3 (NTC equipment violation).

BVHI Heavy Transport | Restricted (℃80,000)

The cargo and crew transport used by BVHI site operations. Reinforced frame, Song-Smithed chassis plating. Designed to operate in active work environments, rubble fields, seismic zones, partially collapsed structures.

SPEED RATING: +1D to Pilot | ARMOR: 3 | STRUCTURAL HEALTH: 60

NOTES: Ignore rough terrain movement penalties. The Song-Smithed chassis reduces collision damage to vehicle by 5 Health (minimum 0) per incident.

NVS Strike Runner | Controlled (NVS Issue)

Fast-attack vehicle used by NVS Rapid-Response teams. Lightweight, overtuned, stripped to essentials. Passengers get no cover; the vehicle's speed is its defense.

SPEED RATING: +3D to Pilot | ARMOR: 0 | STRUCTURAL HEALTH: 20

NOTES: +1D on Pilot rolls for evasion and high-speed pursuit. Any character with Adrenaline Surge who is driving this vehicle may activate the Surge as a Free Action (rather than Minor Action).

HIA Ghost-Class Vehicle | Classified (HIA Issue)

Standard HIA field transport. Configured for specific mission profiles, appearance changes between assignments. The vehicle's Marginal-Harmonics shielding package is the defining feature.

SPEED RATING: +2D to Pilot | ARMOR: 1 | STRUCTURAL HEALTH: 25

NOTES: Operates as Silent-Running (see above): all detection, radar, sonar, Axiomatic scan, at Disadvantage. Does not appear in NTC network registration.
